Biography-
Kajori Dasgupta, a name which personifies the ocean of music, the winds of creativity and a garden of passion. She started exploring her passionate desire of singing at the age of 4 and was blessed with divine experiences of renowned Gurus like Shyamal Mishra Nahar and the singer Smita Bellur from Mumbai. Her persistent practice was shadowed by Chaitra Sontakke from Shankar Mahadevan Academy.
Music is not only her dream or desire rather it’s her lifestyle. There is no gain without pain, we don’t grow when things are easy, we grow when we face challenges. So there were times when she lost the track of music but the magnetic desire and love for it always took her steps back on the path.
Her life has been a ride of writing, performing, and producing most of the tracks, her stylistically unpredictable also conjures up every musical association with heading out on the open road: limitless possibility, the thrill of escape, a refusal to stay monotonous.

This book, “Ambient Silence” takes you to a journey of a girl with high aspirations and dreams, her story, the circumstances which came as a storm and took her dreams into the opposite direction.
Times changes, situations changed, people’s behaviour also changed. But one thing that did not change was her perspective towards a positive life and she comes out as a role model for many still standing with confidence on the way to her goals.
